I can't say enough about how helpful and assisting this office is! Brandi especially has always been fantastic to work with when I have a question or concern. I love having this office as my insurance agent.

Purchased another vehicle yesterday and per NC law I must have coverage before I can pick it up. I reached out to Phillip’s office and got Grace on the line. She is always so pleasant and easy to work with. So pulls up my information instantly and sends me documentation needed instantly. What an amazing and easy place to do business with! I have worked with State Farm Agent Philip Piersol and his staff since 2003. We have had many residences, cars and other policies with his agency. I always get all questions answered promptly and professionally. They work with me and help provide options that we can work within our budget. In 2018, when a tree fell on one of the homes, Philip personally showed up that day to help in any way he could. His staff is always thorough and knowledgeable. If they need to follow up with underwriting, they do so in a swift manner. I appreciate that! I have worked many times over the years with Brandi and Steve (now retired) and recently McKensie. I never leave reviews, but this agency is so easy to work with and very personable! I usually work with Brandi and she is AWESOME! She is very knowledgeable and thorough and so very helpful!
