My father and I purchased automobile and life insurance at the Tim Westwall’s State Farm Insurance’s location in High Point, NC. We are new to the area and moved down to the country for a more quiet and personalizable living experience. This is exactly what we received at this location with our experience with Ms. Erica Aronson. Erica is vibrant, positive and welcoming. She is also attentive, caring and reliable. She was able to identify the root cause of an issue with our life insurance that could so easily be overlooked due to a technicality. Huge thanks to this State Farm branch for truly going above and beyond. Erica and Avery live up to the motto; "Like a Good Neighbor, State Farm is there". Upon driving up to the parking area, my car encountered some icy roads and my vehicle was stuck in a slippery situation. Thankfully, Erica and Avery were there to help guide me and physically assist my car out of the situation. Thank you both! It was a pleasure dealing with Erica. After being a homeowner for over 30 years, it is finally nice to deal with an insurance agent who is not pushy.
