Great staff personality wise, but lack punctuality and doesn’t seem to have service as one of the top priorities. I have several policies (homes and vehicles) with this agent and have lapsed on multiple vehicles that I have insured due to staff not communicating with one another. I called to pay my insurance premium for 2 out of 4 vehicles I have insured several months ago and was told I did not owe anything for those vehicles despite receiving a bill in the mail. After several weeks, it turned out that they thought I was no longer driving the 2 vehicles after I brought to their attention the DMV sent me 2 notices of lapses. I was told by a representative of this agency that they would send the FS-1 form to the DMV but that was never sent according to the DMV records. I received another l

I love this little office on north main st in high point. It's tucked away in the back, but when you walk in the office is so clean and inviting. Virginia was extremely helpful and the rates are already lower than the company I was leaving... I hope to be with state farm for a long time

There needs to be a 10 star rating. Lori Robertson entire team is spectacular. If you're looking for new coverage or you're not feeling appreciated by your current agent and you're in the High Point area, please stop in, ask for Lori and tell them I sent you. You will not be disappointed.
