My husband Rafael and I are so thankful to have chosen Randy Roberts to help us get the perfect health coverage. He and his staff were very welcoming and professional. His staff even gave us a follow-up phone call to make sure that we had all the required paper work filled out and that we received our health insurance information in the mail. If I could give Mr. Randy Roberts half a star I would. I had a 9 o’clock appointment and I had to call the office at 9:15 explaining that I never received a phone call. When he got on the phone call, I asked what happened with our 9 o’clock appointment and he said he got tied up. My response was that I would like to be notified next time, he said have a nice day and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and I’m so glad that I did not stick with this agency or this very rude man. I would not recommend doing any business with this man.
