Selena was an amazing assistant. She answered every single question I asked about the policy. She was extremely considerate and patient with me, even though I asked almost about 25 questions. She is extremely polite and easy to talk to. Her answers to all my questions were simple and straightforward. Overall I had a great experience being assisted by Selena.

Sabrina Craig helped me with my homeowners insurance and made everything go so smoothly. The whole process was straightforward and never a headache. Even when she didn’t have the information right away, she followed up and got back to me in less than an hour, which is amazing, especially for someone like me who really values time. Sabrina was amazing! I called to inquire about an online quote that I received. I was supposed to give her a call back later that day to finalize the policy. However, by the time I remembered, the office was closed. To my surprise, the next morning ( a Saturday) , she gave ME a call because my current policy was set to end the next day and she did not want me without coverage. She went above and beyond to explain everything to me and to ensure that everything was in order. She even stayed later just to make sure that I finalized the policy in time. She is amazing!!

Brittini is Absolutely AMAZING! I walked in on Friday the 19th of December to get assistance after being on hold with the 800 # for 2.5 hrs and she was so kind and help me get through to the reinstatement department within 5 minutes she walked me through all my issues and concerns with a smile on her face the entire time.
