Goosehead Insurance - Robert Prescott

The purpose of these services is to make life easier when dealing with insurance policies. My experience has been the complete opposite. I’ve tried so hard to be patient, but after speaking with at least 4 Goosehead agents who have assured the issue is resolved but learning later it’s not, I’m at the end of my patience. After receiving notice from my insurer that I could not renew and needed to find another insurer, I cancelled and found a new insurance company through Goosehead a month prior to my policy expiring. I have now spent the past 2 months on and off the phone with Goosehead being told “oh that’s odd” that I got charged for both my new policy and old, but that my old policy would refund me and not to worry. My mortgage payment is now $600 more a month because it has NOT been hand

Terrible customer service. I was forced to switch agents after my original agent quit, never once reached out to me with their new contact. I had to call Gooseheads 1-800 # just to figure out who my new agent is. I've called them multiple times and have never had anyone answer the phone.

Cole was great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He cut our auto insurance almost in half, which was a huge savings for us. Highly recommend!

Terrible agency, even spoke to the owner to show how they initiated an unauthorized cancellation of my policy and when presented the written proof they declined to accept responsibility or advocate to Allstate on my behalf for their error and then quoted me a re-instatement policy that was thousands over what I had originally contracted. Do not work with these people, they are unorganized and are unable to handle the load of their current customer portfolio. If you question this post, look at the rest of their 1 star reviews.
