Do not use Goosehead! The worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. I used David who gave me great service until i signed the dotted line and then referred me to the Goosehead customer service anytime i needed something after he received his commission check. You will not get help from him or anyone in his office. You have to call a 1-800 number that the average wait time is 15+ minutes just to make a policy change or ask a question. They also lock you out from making any changes to your policy online. If you call the company your insured with, Travelers in my instance they refer you to Goosehead because of how they are setup with the insurance company.
