I’ve been using Godwin for a couple of years for my personal needs. Nickie, Karol and the team have been awesome to work with and were able to save me money. Godwin puts forth extra effort to to understand my business and communicate clearly with the carriers and provide unbiased recommendations, even if it is stay where you are. I called Godwin when my workers comp policy was being reevaluated. I'm a fairly detailed person and found Teresa was even more so. In fact she took the initiative to question my rating category directly with the state. The state's first response was incorrect at a 10 times higher premium. Godwin knew enough about my business to explain it further, find the legal categories, and get agreement from the state that the lower classification was correct! Saving 90% in premium. After many years working with one of the big franchise insurance companies and getting very little in the way of personal attention, we decided to trade in our policy number and take back our name.
