Wonderful insurance agency! Nancy is our family's personal lines representative and has always done an outstanding job for us. She has assisted us with many scenarios related to our home and autos and even helped us set up a liability policy for our daughter's wedding. Great work and highly recommend!

Nancy Vickery is quite possibly the most infuriating agent to work with. She’s short with you when communicating and does not explain things well at all. My entire time with Glen Monroe I just dealt with it because I didn’t want to go through the process of being assigned a new agent but this has been one of the worst customer service experiences. She is condescending and acts like you are bothering her anytime you inquire about something, as if we aren’t paying for this. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this is one I had to do to ensure no one else experiences this. Thank GOD I am moving to a new firm. I plan to attach email correspondence soon. Update: Hannah Berger was able to effectively and efficiently explain with ONE email what Nancy could not. Thank you, Hannah!

Have not done business with this firm in over 3 years. Now I am getting numerous annoying, invasive and intrusive text messages and phone calls, even though my number is on the Federal Do Not Call List. I will note that the FTC law states the if you have not done business in over 18 months, the business cannot legally contact you, this is clearly stated on the FTC website. I have asked the individual to STOP calling me as I am not at all interested in re-establishing the business relationship in the past. Please have this individual STOP calling and texting me. This is not the way to conduct business, in my opinion. Please STOP contacting.

I've never seen a insurance company so incompetent in my life!! I've called for months (July through September) requesting a call from my Agent Sherri and she never called me back. All I was trying to do was get a certificate of insurance for my non-profit organization and the secretary just kept telling me that Sherri would call me back. When I called for the final time and went off on the incompetent secretary she wanted to go back and forth even with me asking her to understand my frustration seeing that I've been calling for months now for something so simple as a certificate of insurance. I even emailed them a sample copy. The sectatary was very unprofessional wanting to argue instead of apologizing for the inconvenience so I hung up on her and guess what!!?? Sherri emailed me finally

I have been with Glen Monroe for 51 years. I highly recommend Jossette Houston in his office who was very effective in getting our adjuster to pick up the pace and put our claim on the top of his tall pile for review and approval. She is incredibly responsive and helpful! A real credit to the team!
