My husband and I had homeowners insurance with farm bureau for 6 years. Our mortgage company sold our loan to another company within 4 years, but made them aware so they know where to send the invoice for payment from our escrow. They have always been great, however, Hurricane Helena made the real crook to come out of farm bureau. Every November, farm bureau would always send the invoice to the mortgage company because it was due around the 23 or so. In December, our mortgage company called and stated that we needed to have insurance on our home by the end of the month or else they would find an agent. Im like we have farm bureau.
