Was not great service at Roswell but especially Cumming location where between both locations I was asked to text my id card, provide debit card information then was asked for my social when I stated my concern Jeff said bye and hung up on me. Betsy or Susan at the other location was nicer but could not complete my application and ended up saying that underwriting had left for the day. Just seemed a bit sketchy and not the typical insurance buying process. Customer service fell short today:(

I found the prices to be very reasonable for full coverage, but not great for liability only. So I had full coverage for some time on a newer care but had to sell it to get another car, since the new one had major problems. Needed to get liability only for the 2nd car since it is 15 years old, yet the coverage cost for full coverage and liability only wasn't much different at all. But when I inquired about this to see about a lower rate, the customer service was poor. Then I was on the hold on the phone twice for almost an hour and no agent. Then another time, they were supposed to call me back yet never did. AND, I needed to get a new policy for the 2nd car, but they delayed it for several days, which cost me $25 for lapse of coverage. So, not great service.

Georgia Farm Bureau failed to let their their client know that the post office box they used to receive payments from their clients from their Banks has been shut down for months. They claim to have not been receiving any payments from their clients who use other avenues to pay them outside of their confirmed broken web app. They've been receiving money from me and pulling it out of my bank account but have not been cashing it and are charging me late fees and reinstallment fees for a post office issue that they are completely aware of. This is absolutely wrong and is not fair to the customer. I have been with North Carolina Farm bureau with absolutely no issue for 7 years. I was referred to this office by a friend who has loved her service and rates, and I was not disappointed! I just received the FASTEST and CHEAPEST insurance quotes I’ve ever received. I had rates within a minute, and signed up within 5. They were HUNDREDS cheaper than my previous agency as well as a second I quoted with. That money saved means a lot to me right now. Add that on top of just having the quickest, most attentive customer service- you just don’t experience that often anymore! I’m sending all my friends and family to this office for quotes ASAP! Highly recommend!!

The only five-star review is from the owner. I wish I would've done my research and seen the other negative reviews on other sites like Yellow Pages before choosing this company. The owner threatened to cancel my policy if I didn't remove my previous one star review. Took it down in order to get my house closed on, but definitely shopping for other options and would highly advise everyone to avoid this office. Unprofessional owner and completely disorganized and dysfunctional. Sent all forms as quickly as they were sent to me, and somehow the owner would lose them, or wouldn't communicate that he had them with other members of the office, who called and asked for the same info multiple times.
