Customer service is rhe worst when someone doesn't like what they do. There are kits of people who wants to work and they have much better human kind attitudes. Conducting a business starts from answering a phone. Don't put someone who doesn't want to work.. Why? Why do it? No business is little, think about that. They have more than a gate down and it seems like the owner doesn't care. Don't buy reviews. Keep the customers with better people attitudes.

I will like to advise people those people in Bloomfield are scammers.i call to cancel my policy in August the side I could not until the 30 .I wrote a letter stating I would like to cancel the policy the 30th of August no action was taken. Now they want to charge me almost 300 dollars.i had insurance with them never had One accident or a report . really unprofessional
