He was very dishonest. Info was changed in our file after we complained. We never received our premium renewal notice it was only sent to the bank and I screenshot where it only had banks address on it in our acct online. After we closed our policy and complained they changed the document to then show our address. He told us multiple times he would look into and call back and give explanations on things and he never did. Will never do dealing with him or Allstate again. Very unfair practices. Also debited my account without authorization for the final pymt. My pymt info was removed with the closure of the acct, however, waiting on his dishonest call back we never received, to make the pymt, they decided to just pull the archives to get my bank info and take it from my acct without authori

I've had allstate the whole seven years I've been driving and until this year I've always had great service and an affordable insurance price. Not only did my insurance go up for no reason before I bought a new car, after I did get a new car they raised my insurance to an unbelievable price that I've recently found out by switching to another company was totally unreasonable. My insurance agent who I've dealt with for seven years was also very rude to me when I called to cancel my policy for no reason. Her tone was mean and the way she raised her voice was totally uncalled for. I had my first accident a few weeks ago. It was a nightmare. My biggest complaint is no one from this company calls you back. Any time I had or needed to speak with anyone. I would call leave a message then have to call back multiple times to follow up. Accident dont always happen during business hours! Mine didn't but after several times of leaving messages after hours I HAD to be the one to make follow up calls again the following day for answers. Yes another thing. They do not make follow up call to their customers to see if they are ok or ask about the services they have provided.

Their client did a hit and run on my vehicle. The police came, found the person who did it, gave her a ticket for hitting an unattended vehicle and fleeing the scene. This happened a month ago. Apparently, Their client won’t answer the phone to accept liability they say, even though I did Allstate’s Job and emailed in the police report clearly stating that they were cited for it, so obviously that proves liability. They refuse to pay for my vehicle damage, until they answer the phone. They are clearly a fraud. On top of everything I’m a Allstate client as well. Have my business, houses, cars with them for over 6 years. Needless to say, I will be dropping them within 2 days. Stay away!
