As a local car salesman I have to go through/work with just about every local insurance office in a 50 mile radius. HANDS DOWN this is the best insurance office in the entire radius I deal with. Beth, Breck, Sheri, and even the owner Mr. Gates are absolutely wonderful at their job. They will go through every inch of your quote to make sure you get the absolute best price and consistently go above and beyond for everyone I send to them. Never hesitate to deal with any of the agents in this office!

I stopped by the office today and Beth is such a wonderful and pleasant person to work with. She took the time to go into detail about my policy and helped me to understand which option is best for my current situation. Her customer service is exceptional!

They do not treat you like a "member" or a "number". I could call in for my dad's account and they know who I am which makes the call more personable. They treat you like family and they are interested in your life and lively hood. Every now and then I'll stop in just to see how Eric is doing, because he has left such an amazing impression on not only my dad but on me as well. We have been with state farm for years and the staff is amazing! I have never had a bad experience or a moment when I felt offended or mislead.
