As someone who has had insurance with State Farm for nearly 10 years, I was almost to the point of leaving. I had opened a homeowners claim and found out the original contractor that we got was not licensed in the state of West Virginia, so I had to start over. I contacted over 27 companies with no luck. I called State Farm and spoke to Jezreel Who informed me that they did not have a list of approved contractors however, within one day, a contractor contacted me stating that Jezreel had called him and given him my information.
