Galyean Insurance

This is an example of an insurance agency that is only interested in your money and not providing any semblance of customer service. I moved all of my insurance there a couple of years ago and stated up front that I expect to hear from them at least once a year at renewal that they are monitoring my coverages and premiums. Zero contact from them in spite of increases and one claim. If you call the office you speak to someone else instead of the agent. They love the commissions but have no interest in personal contact. I have moved my coverages to another broker.

Tami and Joe have always provided great service to us. Anytime I have a question or a concern, they have responded promptly. Tami has even gone to bat for me when we weren’t getting the service they expect their customers to receive from a carrier. I am very happy with this office.

Joe is a troglodyte who prioritizes commissions over service. Had to move my insurance elsewhere. He pretends like he is an expert on your side and you never hear from him again after he has your money.
