Very pleased with the customer service and responsiveness to requests for assistance. Very grateful to Tim and everyone in his office.

The rates have gone up so ridiculously high!! On top of that, no one will ever answer the phone, call or email you back. This has been an ongoing problem at this location for several years-even while going through an insurance claim. The only reason I heard back from someone (at the very end of the day) was because we canceled our policies. Do not recommend this agency.

About a year ago i joined the Allstate insurance team for coverage of my home and autos at half the cost of my previous insurer that i had been with for 60 years! I have absolutely no regrets and am VERY satisfied with every aspect of my association with Allstate! I have found Allstate to be very responsive and attentive and I’m very quick to recommend their service to others.

We made a claim august 28 with Allstate and we have been getting the run around for almost two months just to get a adjuster to look at the car so we could get Lexus to be able to order the parts so they could begin to start work. We have been getting the run around and we have asked to talk to Tim multiple times and have been getting the run around and told we can talk to the manager but it is past that now and we think Tim should now how badly we have been represented. Everytime we call they try to put the blame on the Lexus and us and avoid all responsibility. There have been way to many problems with the Allstate part of our claim to Blaine us and Lexus. I definitely don’t recommend Allstate or this brokerage because they refuse to let us speak to Tim or set up a appointment. I w
