First off,I have to say I've been with this insurance agency for YEARS, I don't know why I'm just now leaving a review. I've mostly dealt with Lisa Shaw. She's exactly like the commercials! I've called her for a million things and she's always delivered or has answers for me. Now, I've had the pleasure of dealing with Sergio on getting life insurance. He was SO incredibly helpful and patient! It took me forever to have time to actually speak to him but, he didn't PRESSURE ME!!!!!! OMG! He sent reminder texts to me because I told him I was interested and to not give up but to give me time to get the holidays settled. Very much appreciated. Oh my, where do I begin. I would like to express my biggest appreciation to Christopher Ramos. Mr. Ramos was super knowledgeable, professional, passionate, and ethical when it came to explaining the policy. Chris always ensures that we are taken care of. Aside from answering all of our questions, Chris provided solutions and that is what we admire the most. I recently moved to a new apartment and the process was super simple and expedited.
