Been with Allstate off and on for 3 years. Per standard industry SOP, auto can only be written every 6 months. Every renewal, insurance goes up $50-$100 per month. My kid just got a new car. Called to add the new vehicle. After a few days, I hadn't received an acknowledgement of the email with the new info. They hadn't done anything with it but my monthly payment had been taken out that morning. Finally got the new vehicle added and, sure enough, insurance went up $100/month. Immediately found a new carrier and called back and spoke to 'Bob'. Asked Bob to cancel my auto and renters insurance. Was told it would take 7-10 days to receive the refund. Received the refund for renters within a couple of days. Nothing on the auto. After 10 business days, I checked the app to see if a
