I have been a client with this company for over four years. My agent that I was working with decided to send me an email to let me know that I would have a new agent since I have been working with a new agent. My policy is starting to be tampered with after I have clearly stated that I did not want to change anything in my policy. I have had the same circumstances and, unfortunately I am not Having a good experience with my new agent, Kierra! I called yesterday to ask her to send me a copy of my policy. So I could have it in my jeep I travel for work. I live in Scottsdale Arizona part time and I live in Kentucky part time nothing has changed as far as the way I travel.
