Worst Company ive ever dealt with They will not pay you when you get into a car accident. Stay far away

The same lady that’s always there couldn’t care less takes her time, hour wait if someone is ahead of you

The worst of the worst. Last Tuesday i call the office to set up new credit card autopay. They told me over the phone i can go anytime to set it . I went on the same day around 330pm.... came in i sat down..... no costumers around. 4 ladies sitting on their desk. I wait for about 10min to be call. Just to tell me to call today this Saturday 7/27/2024 so they can process my payment.. i call another location By food for less. They told me to go in. I when the same day got my payment process and set up my new card for automatic payment. Im good now. Good luck if you ever go there. Try a different location. They more profesionals.

Horrible customer service from the ladies that work here. Had to call corporate to file a complaint. All the ladies are lazy a with a bad attitude. I was a Fred Loya customer for 15 years. Definitely canceling my policy with them. No wonder Fred Loya ia closing many of there offices in town, now I know why. Poor management!!!!

Bad experience. They are in need of more employees. There was only 1 person when we got there one hour before closing. She was very nice with the people ahead of us, taking her time to explain everything to them, but when it was our turn, she seemed annoyed because it was almost time to close.
