Review: Fred Loya Insurance – Round Rock Location Disclaimer: This review is based solely on my personal experience and observations. Others may have different experiences. While I’ve only carried liability insurance with Fred Loya and thankfully haven’t had any major issues, I’ve noticed some recurring concerns specific to this location that are worth mentioning. There appears to be a very high employee turnover rate—rarely do I see the same person twice when I visit, and from my observation, most staff don’t seem to stay more than a month or two. That’s concerning, especially for a small office that already seems to operate with minimal staffing. I’ve had a terrible experience with this insurance company. They never answer their phones, Im assuming due to short staff. When I finally got through today I was transferred to an agent out of Austin who was incredibly rude. She stated her name was Joann. After making a payment,The rep told me they couldn’t send me a receipt via email, which seems absurd. On top of that, they sent me the wrong copy of my insurance card. When I asked for clarification about her location, she hung up on me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Avoid this company if you value good customer service

You have to go in person to cancel and they are not as affordable as you may think. Suggest checking others before committing

I have been with Fred Loya for more than 10 years now and I have never had to file a claim because of an accident until just recently. I am so disappointed with this company. It was fast and easy to file a claim, but when it came to getting an estimate of the damages and calling the adjuster to find out what was going on with the claim no one would call back and u always had to leave a message because no one would ever answered the phone. I even had to leave a message for the adjusters supervisor, but they also never called me back. Since no one was calling me back I did call the Round Rock location and they hanged up on me twice. When it came to looking for a body shop to fix my car we had to call around because Fred Loya would not give us a pacific body shop that they work with to fix

Charity is the best insurance agent ever. Extremely knowable, very kind and extremely professional. Someone give this girl a raise!!!! The absolute best!!!!
