They are just like every other insurance company, crooks! I am probably one of the safest drivers out there, 37 with zero accidents and no speeding tickets, yet my rates continue to climb. In the year or so I’ve had them my monthly rate has increased by over $100! It’s ridiculous and time to find a better rate. I’d stay far away from them.

Excellent experience with an insusnce agency. Exceptionally attentive to requests to adjust coverages that best suit me yet perhaps not his agency. Very, very quick responses to communication and exceptional interpersonal interaction when requested. Would recommend to all friends and family as over 5 years not a hesitation or regret in this relationship. So much better than excessive premium at other agency ( with our physical neighbor - a decade of over-premium and under-coverage with miserable customer service). Kudos to an exceptional business model Frank. Well done Sir. Well done. You have our business.

I've been with Frank for 32 years for home and multiple autos. I've been pleased with the personalized service and it seems like whomever I speak with at the agency is able to answer my questions and does a good job of appearing familiar with my policies. Both home and auto claims have been resolved quickly and satisfactorily. My only less than stellar situation was when I was not informed of reduced premiums that could have been applied to my account. I only found out about them more than a year after they could have gone in effect when I made some other changes to my coverage. I would highly recommend Frank's agency.

I changed my insurance company three times over the past five years and have been with Allstate over a year now. I feel like I've finally found the perfect company for my husband and me. They frequently send us important information (and not too often); they answer any questions quickly and are always so helpful and pleasant. This is the right place to go for auto and home insurance!

Just say no to doing business with Simola. Terrible communication. High priced. SHOP, SHOP, SHOP people. I searched and found my new Sxxxx Fxxx agent which provided a price almost $800 less than Allstate. And guess what, he speaks with me on the phone. In over 40 years i have never been ripped off from any company as this one. If i could rate them 0 I would have done so
