The lady who picks up the phone was rude and dismissive and above all sarcastic. I called to return things that were missed placed and she said you should’ve started with that, after I wanted to confirm I was calling the right place. If this is how you’re treated just doing something nice durning the holiday I could imagine how they treat customers. I would never spend my money here bc of how rude she was

AON treated me fairly. They covered my medical bill, prescription cost, and related expenses arising from my injury in Italy. Submitting a claim was not difficult and communication with AON's staff was good. I never waiting long for a response. I've read some of the negative reviews but my experience with AON was positive. I would not hesitate to purchase AON insurance again.

Horrific. Complicated claims site. Wouldn't take an obituary as proof of death, I had to wait and send them an official death certificate. Even then I was denied. Do not waste your money on travel insurance from them. There are much better options out there.

Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I regret ever trusting AIG (Aon Affinity Insurance Services, Inc., CA License #2G94493) with my insurance needs. From start to finish, this company has proven to be nothing short of a scam designed to rip off hardworking customers. First, their policies are riddled with hidden fees and loopholes that they conveniently fail to explain upfront. When I needed to file a claim, they dragged their feet for weeks, only to deny it over a vague technicality buried in the fine print. Their customer service is a joke. Save yourself the headache and money—DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AIG/AON AFFINITY. They prioritize profits over people, and their unethical tactics will leave you frustrated and financially burned. There are far better, honest insurers out there

The worst experience I’ve ever had with trip insurance. DO NOT BUY TRIP INSURANCE FROM THEM. Their business models set up to screw customers out of money. $300.00 down the drain because of them. (CA License Number: 2G94493)
