CAM has been a great company for me & I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience with them. My agent Michele Merlino was amazing from day one. She always answered every question I had, took the time to explain things to me, and always had an upbeat demeanor whenever I called in to speak to her. She is a wonderful asset to the Erie organization and I would recommend her again and again to anyone seeking insurance related help and guidance. Gianna is great as well, she was always helpful and kind whenever I needed help!

Very poor customer service . They are too busy to be bothered to do their job. Would not recommend

Extremely poor customer service. I sent multiple emails in regards to cancellation of a policy but I am still getting bills from the insurance company as it appears those emails are being ignored by this company. More expensive that other companies and non responsive to customers.

Had CAM for over 10 years for commercial business insurance. Mike always got back in touch with me. So did Kevin. Presently having issues though. Canceled accounts due to retirement. The woman that answered the phone at the Fort Washington location did not seem that concerned about them now that I am no longer a customer.

Absolutely amazing no problem, I have commercial insurance through them and it was so great I started a personal line! Helpful staff and great people
