1. In July my wife and I spent at least half an hour on the phone with an Allstate rep arranging for homeowner's insurance. He was aware that we were intending to change our residence from an apartment to a house and he never bothered to advise us that we had to make another call to cancel our rental insurance and change the address on all of our other Allstate policies. I only found out about this when our rental policy came up for renewal. 2. I tried to change my address by phone and the call-in menu led me in circles . After that, I called the brokerage and finally got it done.

At times service was great, but then you start changing agents a nd when you get a good agent who keeps you informed. Otherwise, keep your agents. I had to called for my contract and new cards

Great People, Great Customer Service. Was in their office Resolving Estate issues and All that Helped and were involved gave 100%. The experience was easy, no stress, felt personalized despite the fact I’m not even a Client. Makes you think twice about who should you be insured by. I highly recommend this Group.

Setting up my auto policy was easy and convenient. The agent that helped me explained everything and listened to my needs on a policy. I am very happy with the service and plan to have this agency for my insurance needs for a long time.
