They switched our car and house insurance without our permission created a big mess with our escrow account and don't seem to care. Even tried to blame us for the overpayment from 2 insurances foe not sending in a cancelation form even though we never consented to switching. They never offered any help to fix the mess and with this mess of a shortage in our escrow account our mortgage payment is increasing $400 more. The only thing Jake said was once we get the refund checks to put them back into the account. That does not help at all. So be careful they may just switch your insurance create a mess and leave it up to you to figure out.

I previously had an issue, but Jeffrey took the initiative to resolve it promptly. Thanks to his professional approach and excellent customer care, everything is now back to how it should be. I really appreciate the effort and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I have had my insurance on multiple vehicles here for couple yrs now. Fox Insurance was recommended to me and glad they were! They have saved me a lot over the time period! The are so helpful and nice here! I recommend them to people that ask. I also got my mom signed up with them last year. Definitely need to give to a call and try them out even if it’s just for a quote!
