I have had auto, renters and life insurance through Farm Bureau since 2011. Kathy Monger has always been very helpful to me with any questions or issues I may be having.

Agents and staff are always very responsive. I rest easy knowing our cars and house insurance will be managed in a fast friendly and efficient way.

I came to the insurance office just a few minutes before closing — expecting at most to get some quick information. But Chase and — I hope I got the name right 😊 — Mackenna, showed incredible patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Instead of saying “we’re closed,” they welcomed me warmly, took their time, and helped me with everything I needed. They explained everything clearly and processed the insurance without rushing, going above and beyond. John Legg is a stand up guy. Down to earth and personable. Answered all of our questions and informed us of some we didn't even know we needed. He saved us a combined $151 per month on two separate accounts; coming from already good insurance that's pretty good. Definitely worth passing 35 other insurance agencies to sign up with him. No more random agents and automated systems to deal with, I can now just contact him directly.
