Ok so unfortunately at 630am on a cold morning, my truck serpentine belt went flying taking my water pump out to. Was able to reach a safe place to call Direct Auto roadside assistance. Now I don't mind saying I was thinking they would tell me I wasn't covered and I'm on my own. Did not happen. Roadside assistance was fantastic. The phone was answered immediately, when I couldn't give an exact address they used a national locator and found me. Tow truck came, delivered car to mechanic and also texted me through the process. Not happy with this company.Went in to cancel my car insurance because my sister and I had purchased a car somewhere and we had to have Gap insurance which this place doesn't have.We always paid our insurance on the 1 of the month or before and it's not due till the 16 of the month.Our payment was 75.02 every month.We were told that we would have to pay a 50 cancellation fee.Then he said we would get 25 back then said after it was prorated we would only get 3 dollars back.Thats not right.I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

The agent that assisted me, her name was Ms. Linda Day. She was very patient while helping me put together a plan that best fit my financial budget. The process was very easy going without a hassle. She also made sure i received the $20 gift card upon signing back up with Direct. I am very pleased with the service and absolutely appreciate receiving great customer service.

After spending 15 mins on the phone with the automated system sending me through the same loop over and over again... I finally hung up , redialed and hit zero til I got an ACTUAL PERSON. Within 60 seconds Christian verified who I was and had my policy cards sent to my email! Thanks so much Christian!!! You're the BEST! 💥💯
