I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this insurance company. They failed to provide adequate coverage for my rental properties, leaving me exposed and underinsured. When I inquired about bundling my rental property policies to save money, I was told nothing — turns out, grouping them could have saved me significantly, but that was never mentioned or offered. Worse, I was never told the extent of a claim on my car insurance which was actually a fraudulent claim— then causing my insurance to skyrocket in cost. Completely unacceptable. I have been with Foley now for about 3 years and have had a few insurance companies in the past and have to say that they have been very good to me. I do not pretend to know much about insurance and they talk to me and explain things so I do understand. I have priced elsewhere and they are the best rate for me. I recently have had some additions to my house and they have helped me be sure this work is covered as well.
