William Feely was a great help with getting a more accurate market value on my vehicle that was totaled by another insurance company. If I had any questions or concerns he would return emails and calls in a timely manner. He made the process much easier and less stressful to deal with.

Steve L has been wonderful. I was nervous and he was so good. He answered all my questions and was very nice.

No surprise of the low rating here. Farmers Mutual of Nebraska preys on small town good people. Denying code items, under paying for work. Refuses to play by the rules. I genuinely hope this company loses its ability to write insurance in Nebraska someday. They will seem cheaper but they aren't they just have zero moral issue with under insuring, and sticking customers with actual cash value policies. Hobo living under a bridge could offer you better insurance.

Wife had an accident with an insured of this company 6 weeks ago. Keep getting excuses. They've been typing up the paperwork the last 2 weeks. They don't contact me, I keep hounding them for information. Be nice to get our car repaired
