Shelter Insurance - Paul Hoos

I just left Paul’s office, I got hit by someone who had Shelter Insurance. Paul went above and beyond to help regardless of this not being from his agency. He made some phone calls and got this all squared away! He helped me so much that it now has be wanting to switch insurance companies to the agency he is at! Thank you so incredibly much Paul!

Required too much for the quote. Way more than the other agencies that I have visited, agent was pleasant.

Unprofessional in the manner that he misspelled my Dad's name on his policy and quoted how much money we would get incorrectly. We even asked him twice to repeat how much we were receiving and he made a comment about the said about.. His rates are extremely high compared to others, but whatever floats your boat. He is not one to deal with grieving family members.

I think it's a good company, except that they raised my monthly payment without warning and without explanation and I have no accidents.
