I wouldn't recommend this Agency or Battle Creek Insurance to anyone. May 2024 I got hail damage to the roof of my home. I waited until May 2025 to move forward on my claim, not realizing that I only had one year to get the work done so I could collect from my insurance. When the adjuster came out to my home, he said I did have hail damage and then told me about the time limit. He was kind about it and said he would go back to his boss and make a plea for my case. His boss said my damage was not from hail. He said it was from the installer hitting the roof with the hammer instead of the nails. This occurred before I bought my home in 2011.
