Matt Jurgena American Family Insurance

I have known Matt for several years and started insuring with him a little over a year ago. When I have any questions or issues, I know he is there to return a call or email as soon as he gets it. I change my auto policy quite often and he is fine with that. Just gets it done! I like it when an insurance agent is actually there when you need them.

Had to switch over from the other American family insurance company their in grand Island. I could no longer stand having to call them for anything. Called up Matt super friendly go everything switch over to his shop everything has been smooth

Great customer service. I don't have anything negative to say. If you are going through something they will do there best to work with you and try to fix any problem you may have.
