After power surges hit our house destroying all of our big appliances. Christine K. was assigned to our equipment replacement claim. We couldn't get everything replaced but were able to get one of the appliance replaced. Christine K. was able to handle claim in timely manner after she received the information requested. My 5 star review is for Christine K. because FM is lucky to have her part of the company.

My main sewer line was broken. FM Boiler worked directly with my plumber on the information they need. Got paid within a week. Amazing company! I only wish they could provide sewer line coverage with higher limit. Because right now the repair would easily be more than 10k. For those don't have sewer line coverage on their policy, I encourage you to get it. The coverage for 10k is about $30 bucks per year.

I had a KitchenAid refrigerator that went out due to various power surges caused by our City power outages. I contacted the insurance company and they were helpful in getting the chain going but then my claim was denied because the tech misdiagnosed the problem, Anthony F. with FM Boiler heard my complaint and offered to send out another tech to evaluate the problem and we were able to get the situation resolved. The biggest issue was the total lack of communication on all parts as this should not have taken months to resolve but rather days. I suggest anyone making a claim to first talk to their agent and make sure that you are covered, second if you do not get satisfaction with an eval, request a second opinion but get everything in writing via email and get everyone on the thread so the
