Goosehead Insurance - Lee Plummer

Worst insurance agent and company to work with. I canceled my Homeowners insurance a year ago. Got confirmation. Then this year got a renewal policy. Called the insurance company who transferred me to the agent then the agent transferred me to the cancellation department. Lee would not cancel the policy for me. I’ve worked with numerous insurance agents who service their clients by canceling policies. The first policy was not canceled. I think this was somewhat of.a scam!

Talked to Lee Plummer (NY) 1 time in April 2024 re Ins Coverage on Properties, Autos, & Boats. I was Directed to another agent, Rico Dixon (Ga). After Payments begin, Goosehead Customers No longer Interact with an Agent but are to Contact A Customer Service Number. NEVER the Same Person. The Hand Never Knows what the Foot has done! Took 5 Months to get an Overpayment Refund due to “ Lost Request Documents” x 2! We No longer had a Vehicle, asked it be Dropped, Goosehead CUSTOMER SERVICE Dropped Wrong Vehicle. It was Driven 3 was UNinsured before I found the Err! Over last Week, Ive attempted to drop an Auto & add One. 1st Call to Lee Plummer, I left VM even after his recorded Msg instructed a Call to CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve left 2 Calls W/Customer Service W/No Call Back. The above are just 3
