Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

I was rear-ended. The police report and Progressive determined I was not at fault. Progressive relied solely on photo estimating, did not perform a timely in-person inspection, and later documented extensive structural and frame damage in its own Mitchell estimate. I unknowingly drove the vehicle for approximately two weeks prior to discovery of this damage. Progressive then imposed an abrupt rental vehicle cutoff with minimal notice immediately before a pre-planned trip, resulting in out-of-pocket expenses. I am concerned about Progressive’s claim handling practices, including delayed inspection, reliance on photo estimates for structural damage, and the manner in which the total loss decision and rental termination were communicated. What a great experience. We dropped off our side swiped Pathfinder and we were greeted warmly. We were able to get a rental car right there. The place was clean and welcoming, Flo would be proud. Our contact person there was Justin, and he kept us informed every step of the way, through emails and phone calls. The Pathfinder repair looks great, and it took sooner than promised to get finished. They even had the inside of our car cleaned and throughly vacuumed. Great job Progressive!

Amazing experience! Normally when you have damage to your car its a nightmare! Jim made this process completely painless. My BMW 750i was taken care of in a timely manner and everyday he gave me an update on my car. I highly recommend using this location you will be more than happy with the results, especially if Jim takes care of your car!
