I was having an issue with my homeowners insurance on a Saturday morning. No offices were open so I called the McQuiston agency because they listed they had Saturday hours. Thank goodness Sheila answered! She was extremely patient and understanding. She said she would call me back within the hour and she did - with a solution to my problem! If Sheila gave this type of customer service to a stranger, I cannot imagine how well she treats her existing customers!
