Cindy was just very rude and unprofessional to me on the phone. Trying to blow me off. Even laughed at me at one point. I just wanted answers to why my premium went up along with coverage going down. I have paid this company over 25000.00 over the last 33 years for home owners insurance that probably won't even cover us if something does happen.
Called multiple times, they took name information multiple times. Each time I called back they said I never called. Don't waste your time.
