Andy Bullinger, Jr. - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've had my home and auto Insurance with Andy at State Farm for 30 + years. I've had very good experiences and prompt service. I've had auto claims like when someone backed out into my car or a deer ran into me and a home claim when my huge pecan tree fell and took out my deck and my daughter's car. I was very happy with how they took care of me. He's honest and straight forward.

I have been with this insurance for years. Anytime I have a question or need help, I have been able to do so with ease. Andy is quick and kind! Things are explained to me in a way I can understand. My prices also stay consistent and that is so important for my family with our budget.

Andy and Erica both are always so friendly and helpful, whether it's just a question, a claim, or adding or changing insurace coverages. Appreciate them both and always feel like they consider our best interest....

Very friendly and polite man. However, my family was forced to scramble and find new insurance within a month (our local bank via the mail contacted us BEFORE we got a letter from State Farm saying we were being dropped). The casual manner in which our agent talked with us (both our mortgage lenders and I had to play phone tag with our agent) about stopping our insurance from being dropped made me more than happy to switch to an insurance agency that would act like they cared about me.

It was my mother's experience and it was awful. My mother moved from Il to Mo thus needing to transfer her car insurance needs to Mo. I drove my mother to Mr Bullinger's office last November so she could get everything set up. Mr Bullinger was busy so the kind receptionist stated she would and could take care of everything as it was only a transfer. My mother was gathering her paperwork to renew her car tags and realized she didn't have a current insurance ID card. We called the State Farm "800" number last night and found there was no information after November 2016 regarding insurance coverage. My mother was in tears. She had never received a telephone call, letter or statement from Mr Bullinger's office or State Farm for renewal. Since she pays annually it didn't occur to her a
