We had to make an insurance claim on a vehicle,it is out of state due to school for our child.I called Doug,made our claim,he said they would take it from there.He was not kidding!!! We had several communication complications and after several failed attempts,I called Doug and asked for his assistance in helping us with the issues. He called the agency in the area for the cars location,they contacted our child,no further issues were had.The local agency helped tremendously in transport for dropping off and picking up the vehicle. Doug is extremely good at his job. He has honestly amazed me each time that I speak with him about his knowledge from insurance to finances. He takes the time to listen, give suggestions and explain everything every step of the way. We use him for quite a few items because we trust that he has our best interests in mind. Doug is very responsive to calls and emails. The short video he puts together to walk you through your insurance quotes are extremely helpful and allow you to view/review when you have time. We have used Doug for multiple insurance policies. Highly recommend for any of your insurance needs.

Doug has always been been there when I needed to call as an agent and i've had insurance with him now, counting many, many years from back before.
