So tender hearted and gentle and such an encourager, all my needs have been met above and beyond, things that no other company can get done- they did! We have had the BEST experiences with Rebecca and Shelter! We were hit by a tornado this spring and they had our adjuster here only 2 days after! (The days following the tornado we got I think 9"+ inches of rain) Most everyone else's insurance companies took closer to a week or 2 before sending someone out. The one thing I won't forget is being told over the phone by our adjuster is that it wouldn't be fair to us to make us wait with everything we were dealing with. I've heard and recently been around the nightmare stories of insurance companies fighting you on every little thing but I felt like Shelter was more concerned about us and what we were going through. I've been a customer of Shelter Insurance for 25 years. Yes I've switched to other companies a time or two to save money, but those savings were short lived so I returned to Shelter. The insurance is a good value...the company is a Missouri Company and you don't see them advertising all the time. Instead, you get great service. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the Agency as well as the Company. Never a hassle to add a vehicle or change coverage, all it takes is a quick call or visit. And their claims people are prompt and more than fair. Every time I hear a friend complain about their insurance, it is always another company and I point them to Shelter. I insure my boat, home, and vehicles with Shelter.
