It's crazy that a whole HEALTH INSURANCE does NOT have 24 hour member access. This is 2024. People be getting sick and need to speak with a representative and yall don't have none on the weekends? Crazy. Do better.

The business was not in business. I drove to the exact address and there was no office. They never answered the phone. I called 20 times in 2 weeks
