Fedelis as a whole is a joke and do not care to give the care needed for someone’s care no matter how important the situation is. I’ve been trying to get my emu stay approved since January with denial after denial despite my condition worsening and having 19 seizures recorded by eeg is not good enough for further care. Your health doesn’t matter to this company and it’s always about dollar signs. I’d rather spend my only dollar on an insurance that can give me PROPER care than to beg these people for some real help.

Spent countless hours on the phone over the last few months to resolve billing issues. Avoid! Too many mistakes to list here. Many complaints from my current doctors offices about working with them. I have been dropped by my primary care and GYN after 20 years because they no longer take Fidelis and have had to start over with new doctors. Not good.

I never had this much trouble looking for a doctor a dentist anything I don't know if I should stay with fidelis also a lot of places doesn't accept this insurance
