I've been a customer of Tony for years. While providing low cost Tony is not the best at simple tings like getting proof of insurance or billing. As long as you're patient and ok with him screwing up billing you'd be ok. He will meet expectations as long as you don't expect much.
My quote was 3xs the amount higher than a previous house I owned which cost more. Instead of coming out to my home to inspect as stated, he used. Google maps which shows according to receptionist, I have a hole in my roof. When I explained I do not, the receptionist stated it does not matter. I find it unprofessional that the Agent did not provide this information to me so I can get my questions answered.
Tony is a fine man and good insurance agent. Has always been responsive for me.
His office is just the best! Always responsive and kind. Makes it easy to be a client.
