We are extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and disrespectful service we received. Our insurance policy was suddenly canceled because the insurance company received a notification from the State of Florida regarding our driver’s licenses had expired even though we have had valid, up-to-date Virginia driver’s licenses for the past four years. This was alarming and stressful, especially since it was incorrect information. When we contacted the local broker office to resolve the issue, we were connected with a trainee/new hire who was incredibly unhelpful, dismissive, and frankly disrespectful.
