Farmers Insurance - Thomas Paff

Ever since he took over from Matt Dudash everything went downhill from there. Matt was very professional attentive and cared about everyone needs. He responded right away and took care of business. Once Thomas came in. You call an no answer, you leave messages and no call na KS. Very rude to the elders as well. As I been told by a good friend of mine which I had recommended her to Matt. Again do not trust such person that is there to collect not to provide service

Do not entrust this office with something as important as insurance. Within the past year or so this office was transferred to this new agent, Thomas Paff. I have reached out to him directly 4 times with questions and concerns and I have yet to receive a phone call back. Noone ever answers the phone, and noone ever calls or emails back......at all. At this point I do wonder if he is a living, breathing human being. We had multiple auto policies, home policies, and life insurance....I say "had" because I have cancelled them at this point. I have called and spoken to agents at the corporate office who give no additional info as to why this agent is totally unresponsive. It's a shame because the old agent at this office was incredible and we never had to worry. For new customers shopping

I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Paff, he is funny and a true gentleman. I have a couple of cars, a home and a rental property that he is helping me with. He took the time to explain each coverage and why they would be important to me. I have a much better understanding of what I am paying for. I will recommend him and his agency to my friends and family confidently. Thank you for all your help!

The office does not return phone calls, ever, i switched after several attempts to contact. corporate should intervien, this guy has no business being a broker. Terrible service!!!!!
