I had a very frustrating experience with this agency due to significant errors in handling my insurance policies. Despite requesting a cancellation, the policy was not terminated, leading to unexpected collections and damage to my credit score. The lack of communication and attention to detail has been extremely disappointing. What's worse, I've received no response to multiple emails seeking resolution. I hope the agency takes steps to improve its service to prevent similar issues for other customers.
I am a first time home owner and Scott has walked me through the homeowners insurance process from start to finish. He’s answered all 100 of my calls with questions and has really taken his time to help me understand my policy. If you need insurance he’s your guy!
Scott Oldham is one of the best in the business! Scott provides thro insight and knowledge of auto, home and life insurance. I highly recommend an agent who is experienced in their field and Scott is a trustworthy agent!
