Michael hood is one of the best farmers agents that I’ve ever met, he’s attentive and cares about his customers. Highly recommend, especially if you’re in the Rockwall, heath area!
I’ve had the worst costumer service experience with Michael. I email him on 01/26 to cancel my auto and homeowners policy, 2 weeks later I find out it had not been cancelled. Till this day I have not been reimbursed for the full amount for the month of February. NO I don’t recommend him to a friend or family.
Have always liked Farmers moved to Texas found Michael Hood seemed on the ball signed up for auto-house-umbrella and this last year has been me chasing him to get things answered and done ...never returns phone calls, emails, or texts ...right now my yearly is up and he is not acknowledging me at ALL!
