I had a term life insurance policy for 7-8 YEARS. I got sick & was CANCELED…I will NEVER use Farmers AGAIN. This is why my uncle (William Durham) sued the large insurance companies and made them pay us!! I plan to follow in HIS GREAT footstep!! 🙏

Farmer's put me on another person's insurance policy for the duration I have had my policy with them and told me I had my own home and auto policy. They applied the discount to the other person and never requested my consent or asked me if I wanted to be on the policy. When I asked my agent why another name was showing up on my policy they told me it was an error. It was not until I called their underwriting department in 2021 and they told me that I would have to prove to them that I owned my home and get permission from this other person to be removed from their policy in order to straighten it out. I had to have a 3 way call with the other customer to get their permission to remove me from their policy so I could get my own policy then I had to prove to Farmer's that I owned my home wi

I had a claim, police changes and a new insurance policy happening all within a 3 week period. Every agent at this office was right on top of every need.
